Kayak Liscom Slough with Humboldt Baykeeper and HumBoats!

When: Saturday, August 23, from 3:00pm-6:00pm

Where: Liscom Slough in the Arcata Bottom - join Baykeeper volunteer Ted Halstead, whose efforts have resulted in the removal of tons of trash from the Slough - literally!

Who: Open to the public, with no experience necessary! HumBoats provides introductory kayaking instruction before we get on the water. Please contact us for questions about accessibility and children's equipment.

Cost: $40 per person ($25 Baykeeper members)

Includes: Kayak equipment, lifejacket, natural history guiding. A discount may be available for participants who bring their own kayak - contact us for details.
