About the Juror: Vaughn Hutchins

Vaughn Hutchins has been photographing and assisting the photography students at HSU for 25 years. Vaughn is a member of the Arcata Artisan Cooperative and has also exhibited at the Meridian Fine Art Gallery in Arcata and the Ansel Adams Gallery in Yosemite National Park.  “As the juror, I would like to see images that are more than just photos of Humboldt Bay. No matter what photographic style or type one uses, I will be looking for images that are about the natural beauty of Humboldt Bay."
